How do I place my order?

You can place your order from our online store, select the flavors, choose the quantity of pandebonos you want, and add them to your cart. Then, just fill in your address details and choose your preferred payment method. It's quick and easy!

Minimum order

If you are more than 3 km away, you must order at least 2 packs.

Delivery schedule

  • Monday to Friday:
    Orders placed between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm are delivered the same day.
    Orders placed after 4:00 pm are delivered the next day.
  • Saturdays:
    Orders placed between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm are delivered the same day.
    Orders placed after 2:00 pm are delivered on Monday.

How are pandebonos stored?

Our pandebonos are delivered frozen to maintain their freshness and flavor. You can store them in the freezer until you're ready to bake them. When you're ready to enjoy your pandebonos, simply remove them from the freezer and follow the instructions on the label. This way, you'll have fresh and delicious pandebonos in minutes!

How long can I store frozen pandebonos?

Pandebonos stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months. Be sure to store them in their original packaging to preserve their flavor and texture.

What is the payment process?

We only accept payment by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all the purchase details. Payment must be confirmed before we can begin processing your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our pandebonos are a frozen food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have begun processing or preparing the order, we may not be able to make changes. However, we will do our best to assist you if you contact us promptly.

Can I place an order if I'm outside of Sydney?
